Healthy food

       Eat healthy food. Healthy eating habits are very important for our health. 

       A healthy diet is an essential part of staying healthy. We know that we should not stuff ourselves with fast food, sweets, sausages, pastry and fat food. Due to medical research, this type of food shortens our life, it leads to obesity, heart and blood vessels diseases, diabetes, gastric problems and lots of other serious ailments. To prevent all these problems we should enjoy well-balanced home-made meals with a lot of organic fruits, vegetables, dairy products, grains and seafood. We are what we eat.
                                   To be healthy we should follow these rules:
1.Eat mostly plants, especially leaves.
2. Eat balanced breakfast.
3.Limit fast food
4.Hydrate with water
5.Not to skip meals
6.Snack when necessary - it is not a bad thing.
7.Avoid soda.
8.Eat honey instead of sugar
9.Eat fat-free products, because they are healthier
10.Drink fresh juice instead of a Coke.
11.Eat some seafood.
12.Choose a variety of lean protein foods.

When cooking, keep these tips in mind to keep your family safe from food poisoning.
  • Clean: Wash hands, utensils, and cutting boards before and after contact with raw meat, poultry, seafood, and eggs.
  • Separate: Keep raw meat and poultry apart from foods that won't be cooked.
  • Cook: Use a food thermometer. You can't tell if food is cooked safely by how it looks.
  • Chill: Chill leftovers and takeout foods within two hours and keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below.
  • Rinse: Rinse fruits and vegetables (even those with skins or rinds that are not eaten) with tap water.
